The Board of the Electrohydrodynamics Technical Committee of the IEEE/DEIS/EHD has selected the Szewalski Institute of Fluid-Flow Machinery Polish Academy of Sciences in Gdańsk, Poland, as the organizer of the 2012 International Symposium on Electrohydrodynamics (ISEHD 2012).
Dr P. Kudela and Prof. W. Ostachowicztogether with Boeing Company received European patent
- Structural health monitoring system.
W.-Z. Chien award for W. Pietraszkiewicz
Wojciech Pietraszkiewicz is the winner of the Wei-Zhang Chien award.
He received this prestigious award for his contribution to the theory of shells. The award was presented at the International Conference ICCES'11 in Nanjing, China.
